Tips

  • Perform a Diamond Straddle or Straight-Legged Backpack Inversion
  • Stag one leg & brace it on the front of the silk
  • Rotate the straight leg behind you
  • Bend the back knee, clasp the foot & pull it downward to your own degree
  • Hold each side for 20-30 seconds

To Exit

  • Rotate back leg to front & extend stagged leg
  • Reach up, grab the poles, pull up, and tip forward
  • Come out slowly with leg and core muscles active
