Tips

  • From plank or downdog, step one foot between the hands
  • If need be, slide your front foot out so feet are hips width apart
  • Align knee and ankle
  • Don’t overextend the knee
  • Align knee and ankle.
  • Rest hands gently on thigh, or bring hands to prayer position, or lift arms to the sky, elongate the spine, and reach back
  • Keep your core engaged to protect your spine
  • Straighten your back leg as best as possible
